    Autumn is taking shape 🍂

    Rich burgundy, soft greens and warm neutral tones are inspiring the next Atelier R pieces. I’m currently sourcing stems and creating a small number of new seasonal arrangements, including some one-off designs.



    The Story Behind Atelier R

    Atelier R began with a love of flowers, interiors and creating beautiful pieces for the home.


    Flowers have always been part of me — in my home, in my heart and on my skin.


    My nan, Joyce, was a florist, and flowers have always been part of my life. While I may not have inherited her green fingers, I like to think I inherited her eye for putting things together.


    The first Atelier R collection was named after four special women in my family — Joyce, Georgina, Olivia and Sophia.


    Each arrangement is hand-styled in small batches using carefully chosen faux florals, designed to bring colour, texture and a little bit of nature into your home all year round.

    Small Batch Collections


    Atelier R arrangements are created in small batches using carefully chosen faux florals, foliage and seasonal tones.


    Some designs may return in similar colour palettes, while others will be completely one-off depending on the stems available.


    This means every piece feels a little more individual — and may not be recreated exactly.

    Keep them looking beautiful

    A little care will keep your faux florals looking their best season after season. 

    Gently dust with a soft cloth, feather duster or a light burst of cool air. If needed, lightly wipe leaves and petals with a damp cloth and allow to dry naturally.

    Keep away from prolonged direct sunlight, strong heat and damp areas to help preserve their colour and finish.

    After unpacking, your arrangement may need a little re-fluffing and reshaping. Simply tease out the stems, leaves and petals until everything sits naturally.



    For a touch of fragrance, I like to use a favourite room spray, perfume or essential oil around the arrangement — just avoid spraying directly onto delicate petals.

      Macrame - The art of knotting


      A timeless craft made by hand, knot by knot. Using natural cord, wood and driftwood, each piece is created to bring texture, warmth and a relaxed, organic feel to your home.

      Delivery

      We want receiving your Atelier R arrangement to feel as lovely as ordering it.
      Free local delivery is available within approximately 10 miles of Higham, Kent for our launch period. This includes many areas around Gravesend, Strood, Rochester, Meopham and surrounding villages.
      If you’re unsure whether your address falls within our free local delivery area, simply contact us with your postcode and we’ll confirm. We’re happy to be a little flexible where possible, particularly for nearby areas within an easy 20–30 minute drive.
      For addresses outside our local delivery area:
      Standard UK delivery: £7.95
      Large vase arrangements: £11.95
      Every arrangement will be carefully packaged to help protect both the flowers and vase during transit.
      Free collection can also be arranged from Higham, Kent.
      Launch Offer
      To celebrate the launch of Atelier R, the first 20 orders will receive 10% off, alongside free local delivery within approximately 10 miles.
      Delivery charges and availability may vary for particularly large arrangements or locations outside our standard delivery area. We will always confirm any additional costs before your order is finalised.
      I think this is generous enough to encourage those first orders, while still giving you enough flexibility that you haven't promised free delivery to somewhere that turns out to be a nightmare journey.

      Return and Refund Policy


      We hope you love your Atelier R arrangement. If something isn’t quite right, please get in touch.
      For standard, non-personalised items purchased online, you can notify us within 14 days of receiving your order if you wish to return it. Once you’ve told us, the item should be returned within a further 14 days.


      Returned items should be carefully packaged and in their original condition. Unless an item is faulty or damaged, return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
      Once your return has been received, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
      Damaged or faulty items
      Every arrangement is carefully checked and packaged before leaving us. If your order arrives damaged, faulty or significantly different from its description, please contact us as soon as possible and include photographs where possible.
      Hand-styled arrangements
      Each Atelier R arrangement is individually hand-styled and stems are sourced in small batches. Because of this, there may be subtle variations in colour, texture or individual stems depending on availability.
      Where substitutions are necessary, they will always be carefully chosen to stay true to the original look, feel and character of the design.
      Bespoke orders
      Items made specifically to your requirements or personalised for you may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns.


      This does not affect your statutory rights.

      About Atelier R

      Atelier R creates hand-styled faux floral arrangements in small batches. Each piece is individually styled, so no two arrangements will ever be completely identical.

      Product Information

      We take care to describe and photograph our arrangements as accurately as possible. Colours may appear slightly different depending on screen settings and lighting.

      As stems are sourced in small batches, there may occasionally be subtle variations in colour, texture or individual stems.

      Where a substitution is necessary, it will always be carefully chosen to stay true to the original look, feel and overall character of the arrangement.

      Availability

      Many Atelier R designs are produced in limited numbers and availability may change.

      Displaying an arrangement on our website or social media does not guarantee that it is currently available.

      Orders & Enquiries

      At present, the Atelier R website is primarily used to showcase our collection and receive enquiries.

      Where an order is arranged directly with Atelier R, the price, payment details, collection or delivery arrangements and estimated timescale will be confirmed before the order is accepted.

      Prices

      Prices will be confirmed before an order is agreed.

      Any applicable delivery charges will also be explained before purchase.

      Bespoke & Personalised Orders

      Where we agree to create an arrangement specifically to a customer’s requirements, details will be confirmed before work begins.

      Bespoke or personalised products may not qualify for change-of-mind returns. This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.

      Care of Products

      Atelier R arrangements are decorative products intended primarily for indoor use unless otherwise stated.

      Customers are responsible for following any care information supplied with their arrangement.
